The International Labour Organization Tribunal administration in Madrid yesterday put closure on two legal cases brought by two former UNWTO اسٽاف.
The allegation of misconduct due to actions by the current UNWTO Secretary-General Zurab Pololikashvili was now confirmed in an appeal session by the tribunate.

The result was a win for justice and expensive for UNWTO:
In Judgment No. 4577, 135th session it was decided:
- UNWTO shall pay the complainant 280,000 euros in material damages within 30 days from the public delivery of this judgment.
- All other claims are dismissed.
In Judgment No. 4576 in the 135th Session it was decided:
- UNWTO shall pay the complainant 200,000 euros in material damages within 30 days from the public delivery of this judgment.
- All other claims are dismissed.
