Construction is said to be complete at the new Gautam Buddha International Airport in Nepal and testing of the facilities and equipment has started today signaling the airport will open soon.
Tribhuvan International Airport states that security concerns will now require passengers to have a physical ticket or a downloaded ticket to gain access to the airport. The past practice of allowing passengers to present an itinerary is no longer allowed.
