Veteran hotelier Wolfgang Grimm is the new President of Skal International Thailand (SIT), the statutory body that oversees the activities of all Skal clubs across the Kingdom. He was elected at the SIT Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2018.
Wolfgang Grimm is Vice President of Andamana Hotels Krabi embracing three resorts: Aonang Cliff Beach Resort, Crown Lanta Resort and Spa and the Alisea Boutique Hotel. He is also President of the Skal Club in Krabi which was launched in July 2015 and is enjoying considerable success with membership growth and significant, influential support from the Governor of Krabi, Police Lt. Col. Kitibodee Pravitra.
Outgoing Skal Thailand President Dale Lawrence, who stepped down from office after serving the maximum two consecutive two-year terms, congratulated Wolfgang Grimm on his election and wished him every success at club and at national level. The presidential chain was presented to Wolfgang Grimm during a dinner hosted by Skal Krabi on 19 May at the Sofitel Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort.
